Welcome to our co-working space! By using our facilities and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up for a membership or utilizing our space.
1. General Use
1.1. Our co-working space is intended for professional use only. All members and guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and maintain a professional environment.
1.2. No unlawful, inappropriate, or offensive activities are permitted on the premises.
1.3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the co-working space. Designated smoking areas will be provided outside.
2. Membership
2.1. Memberships are offered on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, and are subject to availability.
2.2. Memberships are personal and non-transferable without prior written consent from management.
2.3. All members must be 18 years or older.
3. Payments and Fees
3.1. Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3.2. Fees are subject to change, and members will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance.
3.3. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
4. Cancellation and Termination
4.1. Members may cancel their membership with a 30-day written notice. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
4.2. The co-working space reserves the right to terminate memberships at any time for violation of these Terms and Conditions or any behavior deemed inappropriate by management.
4.3. In the event of termination, any fees paid in advance will not be refunded.
5. Use of Facilities
5.1. Members have access to all common areas, including the gym, swimming pool, sauna, and lounge, during operating hours.
5.2. Free snacks, coffee, tea, Wi-Fi, and printing services are provided as part of the membership. The use of these facilities is subject to fair usage policies.
5.3. The co-working space is not liable for any personal belongings lost or stolen on the premises.
6. Café/Bar Services
6.1. The adjacent café/bar is operated independently. While members are welcome to use the facilities, any transactions are separate from the co-working space membership.
6.2. Members are responsible for any food or drink purchased and must adhere to the café/bar’s own terms and conditions.
7. Parking
7.1. Free parking is available for members on a first-come, first-served basis.
7.2. The co-working space is not liable for any damages or theft of vehicles or belongings within the parking area.
8. Health and Safety
8.1. Members are required to follow all health and safety guidelines, including those related to fire safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures.
8.2. The co-working space reserves the right to enforce any health or safety policies necessary to ensure the safety of all members and guests.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
9.1. Personal data collected from members will be used solely for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
9.2. Members consent to the use of security cameras on the premises for safety and security purposes.
10. Liability
10.1. The co-working space is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by members or guests while on the premises, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
10.2. Members are responsible for any damage they cause to the property or facilities and may be charged for repairs or replacement costs.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
11.1. The co-working space reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the website.
11.2. Continued use of the space after changes have been made will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
